What are the challenges for a project manager or leader in this particular setting?

In this active workshop, you will become part of the class. You will work on assignments in small groups in breakout rooms (virtual group rooms). The workshop facilitator complements and moderates. In this way, you can share your concrete situation and experiences. The theory/practice transfer is supported and you will be strengthened in your leadership skills.
