  • Recondition your body and mind to break the cycle of stress.
  • Sharpen your mindfulness skills to bring depth and richness to your everyday experiences.

Day 2: Algorithm of Emotions; Building a Resilient Mind

Areas covered:

  • Is there a method to the madness of your emotions?
  • Is it possible to be ahead of your emotions?
  • How can you act as a responsible leader when you are amidst conflicting emotional situations?

Learning:

  • Learn the art of letting go of unhelpful emotions.
  • Learn the 4-step practice to build mental resilience.
  • Master the ‘Algorithm of Emotions’ to navigate the irrational world of emotions and access new responses to life situations.
  • Create vibrant relationships with yourself and your world.
  • Become a successful and responsible leader in your professional and personal life.
